Sonnet
On the eve of February fifteenth ,
A little babe was born in Adams, Mass.
Raised by a Quaker till she was a teen,
Little old Anthony went out at last.
Thanks to her good old friend Elizabeth,
She dedicated her life to suffrage.
In the end she was nearly out of breath,
Yet was sent to deal with women's coverage.
After years of trying to get noticed,
Susan and Stanton were given a chance.
As time went on they began to focus,
They came up with a plan, to help them advance.
Susan spent her life fighting for our rights,
And she never went down without a fight.
